HEIDI ROCKS AS AN ASSISTANT!   She did amazing today!  She is on top of it!  Most of the time the kids are helping to assist, but today Heidi helped assist most of the day.  She is picking up on the jargon that we use and did great on some tough cases.  It's neat for both of us to learn together.  I will admit that it tests my patience, but I'm trying and Heidi is a good sport to learn.  Today, we had some catching up to do because we were gone for a few days over in Eua.  We worked until about 5:00 today seeing patients and still didn't were not able to see everyone.  I feel that we need to stay another year just to help out with the huge need that is here.  If there are any Dentists thinking about coming and serving (even for a little while), your services are desperately needed.

Today, we saw a mixture of students here at the Liahona campus and some patients outside of the campus.  The clinic is open to all people.  It's free and a lot of the times, it's first come first serve.  There are some days that we take appointments, but there are still people who come and they wait for hours sometimes.  You feel like you can't even take a break for lunch sometimes because there are so many people that need to be served.  This young woman in the picture above was so grateful.

We got done with work, and came home, and saw this site.  Braden was teaching Ella how to sword fight.  After all, this is an essential skill to know here in Tonga.  They had to use some gloves while they were dueling it out.  They didn't want to get slivers (according to Braden).

Logan playing football with a little Tongan kid.  He kept on following Logan around wanting to play football with him.  There were several times he came in and out of our apartment until his Mother came and picked him up.  He's a natural!  Maybe a pro football player someday.  You never know with those Tongans.  Powerful and strong people!

Here are some Monarch Butterfly Cacoons that all the kids are babysitting for a lady.  She said she will be gone for a couple of weeks and she wanted our kids to watch after them.  One hatched today and they let it go.  They can't wait for the other ones to come out.  How cool  is that!
